US$5 billion investment in Data Centers

We’ve been investing in data centers in Singapore since 2011, and we just completed our fourth data center facility in 2024. Put together, our data centres represent a long-term investment of over US$5 billion.

First Google Cloud region in Southeast Asia with three availability zones

In 2017, we opened the Google Cloud region in Singapore with two zones and added a third zone in 2018, making it easier for our enterprise customers in Southeast Asia to build highly available services that meet the needs of their businesses.

Over 150 Singapore startups supported in generative AI adoption

We have supported over 150 Singapore startups and organisations through our Google for Startups Accelerator and AI Trailblazers programmes that provided mentorship and resources to empower startups in developing innovative generative AI solutions.
