When Saroo Brierley was 5, he fell asleep on a parked train at a station near his home in Central India. He awoke on a moving train that didn’t stop until it reached Kolkata, over 1,500km away. Eventually, he was adopted by a Tasmanian family, but he never stopped searching for home. After 25 years, it would take a shift in perspective in the form of Google Earth before he would find his way home again.
