Pride is about celebrating who you are and who you love. But many LGBTQ people around the world are still discriminated against simply for being themselves. To bridge this gap, we created #prideforeveryone – a virtual reality experience that anyone can access. Using VR, we documented Pride parades in five cities around the world, capturing the truly global face of Pride in 360 degrees. Many local LGBTQ groups then brought the experience to their communities, inviting those who cannot march in person to celebrate in a new way.
