Our values in action

Responding to the world’s refugee crisis

Since September 2015, Google has worked with nonprofits — like the International Rescue Committee, NetHope, UNHCR, and Libraries Without Borders — to respond to the refugee crisis. By providing Google.org grants, technology, and Googler volunteers, we’ve helped 800,000+ refugees get access to the Internet, vital information, and education resources.
